Helping people build honest, healthy relationships—in the therapy room and in the field.

Sex is one of those things that is both over and under talked about. For some reason, our culture acts like we should simultaneously be having all the sex all the time and also never talk about or engage in sex because it is dirty, bad, and wrong. Even for those of us who have a “positive” relationship with our own sexuality, our sexual relationships can become fraught with disconnection, pressure, and expectation. It can feel impossible for sex to be a good thing in our lives—and we can end up feeling broken and alone.

That is the space I want to help you out of. Not by pretending sex is simple, but by making it something you can actually talk about.
